Who knows Alice Guy? The first woman director and producer in history, finding success on both shores of the Atlantic, she was erased from the history of cinema. Illustrated by Catel’s drawings, this film paints an inspiring portrait of this pioneer of the 7th Art. The film was screened at the Pessac International History Film Festival in 2021 and will be screened on Arte on Wednesday January 5, 2022 at 10:30 p.m. and available on Arte.tv from December 29, 2021 to March 5, 2022
